Hi Nik,

There used to be issues with the CMC and JRE version, but at the moment
we haven't had any significant problems with mixing and matching
versions. I think it'd be fairly safe for you to go ahead.

Regards,

Rick

Subject: [THIN] Installing Sun Java Runtime

Hi,

I need to install the latest Java runtime from Sun on our farm.

Presumably there are loads of issues doing this (not to mention
incompatibilities with the CMC) so I want to make sure it goes on
safely...

Can anyone point me to some notes about installing rather than just
going to:

Thanks-in-advance!

Regards
