[THIN] Installing Sun Java Runtime

Hi,
I need to install the latest Java runtime from Sun on our farm.
Presumably there are loads of issues doing this (not to mention
incompatibilities with the CMC) so I want to make sure it goes on
safely...
Can anyone point me to some notes about installing rather than just
going to:
