I've tried to install it via a network share, via CD, and by copying the setup
locally. I have been successful installing it from the CD and when the files
are copied locally, but have been getting similar errors when trying to run it
from a network share. Were you trying to install it over you network?

That's just it. It comes up stating something like syntax is incorrect =
for Installer 2.0.

When I try install FP2 on Win2k it gives brings up the MISEXEC dialog.
=3D3D It works though if I drill down the folders an run mfxpxxx.msi =3D
though.
