Hi Rusty,
Flex profiles is the most robust solution there is to facilitate hybride
profiles. Don't worry about support: there's a forum hosted by Login
Consultants at:
http://www.vmware.com/vmtn/blog/console/2006/08/#macintoshwhere most
of the questions get answered. This forum is moderated by many
Login Consultants Flex specialists (including the creator(s)), so you should
be able to get your questions answered there. If that still doesn't work for
you, then there's possibility to "hire help".

currently. But are open to any others. I know alot of people are using
Flex Profiles but we are just not sold on the whole Free / No Support
approach.
