[THIN] Hung process

Hi everyone,
I seem to remember someone contributing to the list not so long ago about a
third party app that will ensure clean logouts from published applications (ie
terminates processes etc). I've searched the archives but I can't seem to find
it. Does anyone know the location of this app?
