Install a terminal server licensing server in per user mode instead of per
device. Change the reg keys on the terminal servers to look at the new TS
licensing server and reboot.

That's the quickest. If you have a valid EA with MS you can also go through
and get whatever licenses you want from internet based TS clearing house.
They will probably just ask about it at true up.
