[THIN] HELP!!! CAG just stoped working

Hi,
 
I just moved my AAC server into its final resting place in a domain OU
and all of a suden some domain policies have applied and its all stoped
working....
 
I am getting the following errors;

looks like the service-CAG account cant connect to the DB but it seems
to be fine just before.
