[THIN] Groupwise 5.5 taking 98% processor

I know there have been a few discussions about limiting executable
process time on the Citrix servers, but I haven't been able to track
down any good products. My problem right now is that ever day or so, a
user running a Groupwise 5.5.2 published application will open an
attachment of some sort and start taking a huge amount of processing.
This renders the servers and all other apps pretty much useless.
The main process GRPWISE.exe is always the problem. If I could figure
out how to limit this, it would help a great deal. We are migrating to
Groupwise 6, so I am really not looking to spend all that much time
tracking down the cause since it may be fixed or different in GW6.
Any help would be great!
