[THIN] Re: Great Plains Login Screen

I'm still running version 6.  Hopefully they will come out with 8 soon.  I just 
know if I move to 7.5 they will release 8 the week after.

I think I have it narrowed down though.  It is only happening on Windows 2003 
and only when published.  I have win2k3 with all the fixes and MF XPa SP/FR3 
running on the server (ok, so its actually a laptop but it thinks its a server)

I may have found a hotfix for it.  I will know in a few minutes if it works or 
not.

Greg,

We run Great Plains here too. We haven't seen the issue you're
describing. We do see long "pauses" at this screen during logins from
some of our remote sites, but I recently came across a note in one of
the 7.5 service pack notes that explains why this happens and what to do
about it.

What version of everything are you running?
