Didn't find Pscript.dll so it must not need it. FYI,  In Vista chrome plugin
gets installed in
C:/Users/usernam/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/Application/Plugins/<file:///C:/Users/jkenzig/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/Application/Plugins/TcpPServ.dll>
