If you already have Mozilla installed on your PC you can go to the Plugins
folder and copy the files from the plugin you want to the
C:/Users/usernam/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/Application/Plugins/

For example I got Quicktime working by sorting the mozilla plugins folder by
date and just copying over the quicktime dlls to the chrome plugins
directory.
