Our Citrix server farm is currently running on Win 2000 service pack 3 (plus hotfixes) and XP FR2 / SP2, but we have been testing a build based on Win 2000 SP4 and XP FR3 / SP4 (plus hotfixes) and now intend to roll these patches out across the farm. Due to the sensitivity of the users to downtime, we would like to roll out the patches on a phased basis across all the server silos over a week or so. Are there any issues to be aware of with running a mix of FR2 and FR3 servers on a temporary basis? Seems to work fine on our test system :) Also, we have already got the FR3 connection license numbers through our subscription advantage. If we use the Citrix multiple license update facility to upgrade all our connection licenses to FR3 before starting to patch, will there be any license issues with the servers still running FR2, i.e. will FR2 servers use FR3 connection licenses? Thanks in advance David Lee ******************************************************** This weeks sponsor: SuperSpeed Try Us To improve performance along with other agents!
