[THIN] Explorer View

From a Published Desktop (NT TSE, Metaframe 1.8, IE 5.5 SP2), I have it
configured so that when users open My Computer it displays in Explorer view.
I am getting calls that some users can see their drives and sub-folders in
the left pane, but the right pane is blank irregardless of the view they
select.
Suggestions? Thanks!
