Almost sounds like you are using Compaq servers. If so, Compaq has a re=
g
fix. All it does it make the system wait a few seconds longer for the
service/component to finish initializing. The errors are harmless exce=
pt
for showing up in the log.

Hi,
The following Event Error is generated in the application log of our
Terminal Server:
Event ID : 2002
Source : Perflib
User : N/A
Type : Error
Description:
The open procedure for service "PerfDisk" in DLL
"C:\WINNT\system32\perfdisk.dll" has taken longer than the established =
wait
time to complete. There may be a problem with this extensible counter =
or
the service it is collecting data from or the system may have been ver=
y
busy when this call was attempted.
The system on which the error occurs is a Windows 2000 SP3 terminal ser=
ver
with Citrix Metaframe XPe (FR2).
Anyone seen this problem...
