What you've done by changing the resolution is forcing the session to
use less display (video) memory. Therefore you can drag your apps to the
second screen.
The default value of a farm is set to 5625KB. If you go in and change
this to the maximum value of 8192KB that is supported via the GUI, it
seems to resolve the issue in most cases for dual monitor setups.
Open the Citrix Delivery Services Console (AKA Access Management
Console)
Select the Farm
Right click on the XenApp Farm and select Properties
Select Display under Server Default > HDX Broadcast
Change the Maximum memory to use for each session's graphics (KB) to
8192
Select OK
Close the Citrix Delivery Services Console

..I had set all published apps to 24 bit true colour and when set to 16
bit alls well

Hi,
Can someone point me to a document on how to set up published
applications on dual monitors.
I am running XenApp 4.5 SP3 on w2k3 with client 12.03 on Vista.
I cant even get MS Office applications to function correctly.
I am unsure if I need to have specific way in which I publish the
applications, Its set to Full screen at the moment.
the behaviour which I am experiencing is that the application will open
on the left monitor but not totally filling the bottom half on the
screen. When I try to move it to the right hand screen it will not drag
across.
Not sure if its just Friday, but this isnt making much sence at the
moment
