I applied hotfix PSE450R01W2K3042.msp to fix my dual monitor issue. Window
was opening up partially on both monitors. Now just opens on one.

Has anyone had any recent experience with dual monitors with the
latest versions of Citrix and the ICA client?
For some reason, the setup I have here it's only using one monitor,
when I try to move a published app from one screen to another it
doesn't want to move.
