[THIN] Difference between Citrix Service Pack and Hotfix Rollup?

I haven't done much patching on my MPS3 boxes and was looking through
the download section of the Citrix website. I see Service Pack 2005.04
for MPS 3, as well as Hotfix rollup R04.
Does one supercede the other, or should both be appied for "full
coverage"?
