What specific purpose do you have to give your users full desktops? Why not
publish your apps seamlessly...? Eliminates all problems like this.

using the MS Office Picture Viewer.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Disabling right click isn't an option, and I cannot find any
references to the Picture manager in the Office 2003 ADM templates.
