What about the free "PDFCreator" program
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/ and
http://sector7g.wurzel6.de/pdfcreator/index_en.htm)?  We have not used
it under Citrix but it works great for us at the local/desktop level. 
It's Ghostscript based and it's free.
