I have tried setting the cursor blink rate at fast, and still see a lag. In
my opinion, it is minor, milliseconds. To the user, it is apparently an
eternity.

Any other ideas? Are others running in a similar situation? Citrix servers
a great distance from the clients, over something like a 512K line?

Speedscreen is only available through full client, correct? Would that do
the trick?

HKEY Users...It is in the wtsadm.zip file on thethin.net, you can do it via
a policy or a reg file.

We had ours set to very fast for several years and haven't had any problems.

Does a high Cursor Blink Rate (set in Control Panel/Keyboard) adversely
affect performance if all users have that setting on an NT Terminal Server?
