I do not get the question. Windows 2003 TS when used with any RDP5.2 client
offers this natively. You can copy files from workstation to/from the TS
session within the RDP stream, exactly like Citrix.
So what else you want?

Please help me understand that.

AFAIK:

- You can map a drive, using TCP/IP and windows authentication. Meaning FROM the TS sessions you can map a share IF it the port reachable, IF the user knows their TCPIP adress and IF they can authenticate against their PC (Netbios ports must be reachable from their TS to their Home PC, this is a guess, I have no expierience opening windows ports over the internet to get to a share.. it seems.. dangerous)
This is NOT -through- RDP btw.

- I can try with the win2k reskit util, where copy/paste is redirected throug the RDP channel.

Am I missing something? Do I have it wrong?
