Agreed - it's meant as a migration tool, I've used it once, to do a
migration over the period of a few days, but would certainly not recommend
it for any longer then necessary!

Yes you can load balance and license share but even Citrix says to not do
it.  It's not fun and it's not easy.  The admin guide has all the
information you need to try to set it up though.
