Hi
We have Cisco phones and have the Web Attendant installed locally. When we
first got it a couple years back, it wasn't supported on Terminal services.

I don't know of any other Cisco CM apps but would be curious to see what
they do. Of course I'm just the "citrix guy" and not the "phone guy".

Subject: [THIN] Citrix and Cisco CallManager

Group,

Has any of you had the chance to installing any apps that that work with
Cisco CallManager on a Citrix server?

My company is looking at the CallManager and I have only had the chance to
install the "Cisco Web Attendant" on a citrix box. It was a little tricky
to get working but regmon helped me out.

There is another app thaqt I haven't had the chance to install though.
Cisco's Desktop Agent.

Please if there is anyone out there that has done this let me know if it
works okay and how it affects the server.

Thank You,
Steve
