Can you connect to a Citrix box somewhere without CSG, and see if you get
kicked out? Might be an issue with the network. Sure sounds like it.

Checked the Cisco devices via CLI for errors on the interfaces?

I'm assuming doing stuff. Also, it 3 different companies
servers,
so I can't think it would be an idle timeout...

Dropped while doing stuff, or while idling?

I have about 4 users that attach to other companies Citrix
boxes via Secure Gateway via the web.
In the last week they will be attached for about 10 or so
minutes then get dropped
This is with 3 external companies. We have upgraded the to
the 8.0 client. We have
called the Tech Spt at the se other companies and they don't
have anyone else
having problems. Any ideas We use Cisco gear (surprise)
