Pavlo, I have also tried this to no avail. Why would Citrix choose to restrict the use of groups to global only? This seems like a huge problem for any reasonably large enterprise. I have a group defined in the CMC for the access rights to a specific application in which I've placed this user and the group is a universal group. There is also a group that gives rights to login to the citrix servers that the user is a member of and that is also a universal group. This user is able to log into the web interface but is not presented with any applications afterwards. Has anyone seen this? We are running PS 3.0 on windows 2003.
