You did not mention if this is a server or a client.  When we had this
problem from a client, we downgraded the client, connected then upgraded
back.

We changed our network card from FDDI to Ethernet.....now we are
having BIG problems getting connected to the Citrix server.....it
responds
to a ping, but when you try to connect, it says there is no citrix
