What is better?
create and alias to point to FQDN or creat a host to point directly to ip
address?

Thanks-

the newer (6.xx 7.xx) clients will look for a DNS record "ica" if you use

Subject: [THIN] Broadcast

Hi all,

when a client starts at the first time the PN, it locate a farm using a
broadcast message, ins't?
this is usefull in the same lan, but when this occurs over a wan, the the
broadcast cannot passthrough between routers.
then, it's posible to creat an alias into DNS for do this? what is the name
of this alias?

Thanks.
