TweakUI just edits the registry...you can do that manually 
(http://www.chicagotech.net/winlogon.htm) for the autologon part.  I would only 
change the shell if you are trying to really secure this box since it might 
cause additional pains.  Not sure about RDP, but you could startup an ica 
session easily enough by configuring a shortcut to a custom ica connection in 
program neighborhood the just adding the shortcut to the startup folder or 
under the HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run key.

Like Gpo, using regedit.... i don't know.

Tweakiu has this function. At a customer of ours we did the same trick
(well almost).

With tweakui the PC logs in as "workstation", the shell has been set to
subscriber.exe
which is part of Res Powerfuse.

You could try the same with mstsc.exe?
