TweakUI just edits the registry...you can do that manually (http://www.chicagotech.net/winlogon.htm) for the autologon part. I would only change the shell if you are trying to really secure this box since it might cause additional pains. Not sure about RDP, but you could startup an ica session easily enough by configuring a shortcut to a custom ica connection in program neighborhood the just adding the shortcut to the startup folder or under the HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run key.
