Tweakiu has this function. At a customer of ours we did the same trick
(well almost).

With tweakui the PC logs in as "workstation", the shell has been set to
subscriber.exe
which is part of Res Powerfuse.

You could try the same with mstsc.exe?

password in a w2k prof. pc and then start a session of TS.? it's
