[THIN] Administrator Toolbar icon problem

We just upgraded MetaFrame XPa on Windows 2000 to FR2 and some of the icons
(primarily the management console one) do not work. They state the file is
not found when indeed the shortcut exists where it says it is supposed to.
Anyone seen this? The application launches from the shortcut, just not the
toolbar.
