We have a site that is using several printers with additional paper trays on HP printers. The issue is, when they connect to a published app., the additional paper trays are not "installed". We are using the HP drivers. Just downloaded and installed the latest LJ8000 PCL 5e from HP. Set the additional paper trays (2X500 Trays 4 and 5). Connected to Citrix PS 4.0 Hotfix 2 and 3, W2K3, and the printer creates, driver is right, but I go to additional inputs and the additional trays are not turned on. I can enable them from a desktop session, but users do not get that, they use published applications. How do I get it to use the additional trays I have told it to, within Citrix? ??
