Hi Rob, Its fairly easy to extend the existing allowed ActiveX control policy template. Inetres.adm has a bunch of administrator approved ActiveX controls listed, eg PART !!Flash CHECKBOX VALUENAME {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000} VALUEON NUMERIC 0 VALUEOFF NUMERIC 1 END PART Allows you to control whether the flash activex plugin is allowed. The trick is getting the classid number like {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000} for the ActiveX control you want to allow. But that's actually fairly easy. On a system/workstation that has the "wanted" activex control installed, go to %systemroot%\downloaded program files, and right click > properties on the relevant activex control. That gives you the classid, you extend inetres.adm to include the new entry and away you go. Regards, Rick Ulrich Mack Volante Systems Ltd 18 Heussler Terrace, Milton 4064 Queensland Australia. I need to enable some active x controls on the security pages of all users in a Citrix environment. If I change them manually (first allowing acces to the pages) it works fine. Just don't want to go through 400 users having to change the page themselfs...... Does anyone know how to change security page settings on global scale? Any hel pis very much appreciated.
