Brian,
We buy a lot of individual kits. XPs has a 5-user kit but not XPa or XPe.
However, there are 5-user NFR licenses for XPe that are intended for use in
a lab.

Hello All,
I'd like to buy a 5-user version MetaFrame XPe for a client who's building a
small lab. However, looking at the SKUs from Citrix seems like the smallest
XPe starter kit you can buy is for 20 users, and that the 5-user stuff is
just the connection packs. I thought you used to be able to buy 5-user XPe
starter kits, so I wonder if anyone knows whether you can't do this anymore
or whether I'm just missing something.
