[THIN] 16 bit app and Full Screen mode

I am trying to get a dos app to run in full screen mode. I have published a
.Pif file
which works if I have it set to Window mode. However, when I set it to Full
screen
in the .Pif file I get an error which says:
The Video device failed to initialize for Full Screen mode. Choose close to
terminate
the application.
Anyone seen this?
