G-d gave the entire Torah to Moshe on Mt Sinai. What you are referring
to is the Oral Torah which was latter written and is called the Talmud. A
Jew is a Jew no matter what country he or she is from.
*Tarun* Insists:
That contention is not accepted by any historian or archaeologist who
have independently studied the Torah. Almost all historians believe that
Moses got his revelation which forms only a small portion of the Torah and
rest was written much later and imputed to him. I am afraid you are letting
your beliefs cloud your judgement and then ascribing all of it to God which
is not correct.
*Gutman*: Historians believe what they believe depending on which books
they have read. They were not there in history to see what happened. And
archaeologists change their minds every time they find a new bone.
As opposed to this, the entire Jewish nation was present when the
Torah was given, and have faithfully passed it on to their children and
grandchildren ever since.
A current proof of what I am saying is that almost every Jew who
follows the Torah as it was given on Mt. Sinai has only Jewish
grandchildren. While almost every Jew who believes as you have written has
almost no Jewish descendants.
One of the main purposes of the Torah being given to us from Hashem is
that there will be a Jewish People in the world.
