have an amazing time! i will also be gone again leaving tomorrow through either
tuesday or next saturday the 26th. it's my last hurrah before school starts
again. i have been doing a bad job about remembering to put a hold on my mail.
lots of spontaneous trips this summer. so, if anyone notices mail in the
mailbox, i would be grateful if you could put it in the purple chest on my
porch. and please pick a few raspberries in my back yard. thanks for keeping an
eye out, everyone!

Hello, Neighbors!
We are leaving at oh-dark-thirty Friday morning and heading to Sisters, OR, for
the Eclipse Extravaganza!
Yes, we know we are idiots for taking on this endeavor, however my little
brother has a large parcel of land in Sisters & last February emailed all his
siblings & many friends of the event.
We signed on!
It will be the first time in many years that all four of us & our spouses will
be together (& that is BIG as we are spread out from Alaska to Idaho to
Washington to Oregon).
We have watered deeply today and plan to return on Monday late or Tuesday early
so no watering necessary.
We are just asking that you keep an eye on the property and as you do a
walk-through pick a tomato or cucumber and a handful of blueberries.
Thank you and hope you get to see some of this spectacular event.
