Have fun. I’ll keep an eye out. I’ll be around this weekend and even plan on
working from home on Monday. Of course, I’ll take a time out for the eclipse.
I’ll have a better chance to observe it from high-point reservoir park than
from the urban canyon of downtown Seattle. While I won’t get to see the full
deal, I think 93% will still be pretty spectacular.

We are leaving at oh-dark-thirty Friday morning and heading to Sisters, OR,
for the Eclipse Extravaganza!
Yes, we know we are idiots for taking on this endeavor, however my little
brother has a large parcel of land in Sisters & last February emailed all
his siblings & many friends of the event.
We signed on!
It will be the first time in many years that all four of us & our spouses
will be together (& that is BIG as we are spread out from Alaska to Idaho to
Washington to Oregon).
We have watered deeply today and plan to return on Monday late or Tuesday
early so no watering necessary.
We are just asking that you keep an eye on the property and as you do a
walk-through pick a tomato or cucumber and a handful of blueberries.
