Yes, you can. Just go into the advanced port settings and set it to 993 instead of 995 for incoming mail server. And, depending on the ISP email protocol she's using, you may need to change the name of the in-bound server from pop.xxx.com to imap.xxx.com

As far as browsers, Internet Explorer 11 or Google Chrome.  Edge is
