Upper level (925 mb.) winds are light and uniformly E except for New
Orleans which is NE. The only over-water bird echoes I see are a bare
sprinkling offshore from Brownsville (where there are scattered showers in
the vicinity). All incoming targets at Corpus Chisti are raptor-like flocks
near and south of Kingsville. Elsewhere all displays look like insect
returns.
