[texbirds-freelists] [texbirds] Banded American Oystercatcher

Carolyn and I photographed a banded oystercatcher at Rollover Pass today.
Who should we report it to? The bird has a red band with '3X' on each
upper leg and a silver band on the right leg. I have photos than can be
easily read.
Also got a couple of good shots of a white morph Reddish Egret.
