Ricefields nearest 529 were covered with Pectoral and Least sandpipers,
Dunlin, Long billed Dowitchers, American Golden Plovers, Black-neced
Stilts, and at least 200 Yellowleg species, a few Mottled Ducks, and an
enormous Snapping Turtle.
