On Penick, east side, watched prairie falcon make a lightening vertical dive at prey, somehow missed. Quite a show. On Hebert, just south of Penick, the ferruginous hawk was moving along from telephone pole to pole for a while before heading to a far off tall pine. BTW, brewer's, robins and cedar waxwings are massing in large numbers in that area and Sharp Road. Thought could be a good day to check Bear Creek for rusty BB. but there are no large flocks of robins and blackbirds in that park yet so I was not surprised to fail to find a rusty blackbird. Should be soon!
