Flight silhouette looks jaegerish to me, but the description of dark on 
dark plumage with a pale rump would be good for 2nd or 3rd winter 
Heermann's Gull... size of bird would fit, but beak size description seemed 
to fit jaeger better. Behavior sounded inconclusive. Will try to keep the 
list updated as more information is available! Balmorhea should at least
