[texbirds] Would someone like to have a recently killed owl specimen? (in DFW area)

Hi,
I recall seeing several TexBird posts over the years stating what to do with
bird specimens. But I don't have time to do a search this morning.

I received a question via our Ft Worth Audubon website from a person in
North Richland Hills who found a dead owl in her yard yesterday. She wrapped
it up and placed it in her freezer. It looks like a Screech Owl in a picture
she sent taken on her phone.

Please reply off-list with suggestions or requests.
