[texbirds] Re: White-tailed Hawk at MCWHA, Guadalupe/Comal Counties

interesting that some of you saw a white tail hawk.  ihad a very good look
at one flying over a field at the intersection of old bastrop rd. and davis
ranch rd. in hays county.  there is a manmade lake there at the bottom of
the field.  if my memory serves correctly it was on jan. 31. (i'm reading
this at the wimberley library...so i'm not at home where i have a record of
my sightings.)   i posted it to the austin RBA without describing it, so
they apparently chose not to ad it to the recent sightings.( first time i
ever sent a sighting to the RBA).
