[texbirds] Surf Scoter Continues, San Jacinto Monument, Harris County

Geoff Butcher and I saw this continuing bird from the park's easternmost
turnaround, past the restrooms and over the bridge, around 7:40 this morning.
It was within 100 ft. when Geoff first saw it, though it moved offshore to a
less intimate distance.
A nice year bird. Thanks to all who have kept TEXBIRDS updated with info on its
whereabouts.
