[texbirds] Smith County Piping Plover is Banded

The Piping Plover that Peter Barnes and I found in Smith County at Lake Tyler
this afternoon is banded. Maybe someone will recognize the banding pattern.
Pictures are at link below. They are not very good technically but do show the
bands pretty well.
