We got lucky and had the Groove-billed Ani jump up out of the underbrush
so everyone got good looks.

towards Wooster Point there is a spot where there is a concrete and brick
wall out in the water in the edge of Crystal Bay. The Ani was in the marshy
area between the road and the water on the bay side. The bird only jumped
