Hello fellow Texbirders, The bird walk at Quinta Mazatlan this morning was rewarded with some nice views of our local birds. Some highlights were: Pine Warbler - in the parking lot this morning Rufous Hummingbird - front garden Clay-colored Thrush - many feeding on Anacua fruits along Canal Trail Olive Sparrow - great view at front garden later in the morning Some of the most birdy areas of the park lately have been the front garden (right by main entrance), the northeast corner of the park (Canal Trail), and the Amphitheater feeding station. Bird walks are Tuesdays and Saturdays at 8:30 am.
