[texbirds] Piping Plover still at Lake Tyler dam, Smith County

This morning, the Piping Plover and most of the other shorebirds reported
yesteday, except the American Golden Plovers, were still at the Lake Tyler
dam area. A Wilson's Phalarope was also present. One Bank Swallow was
flying over the lake. 120 exhausted looking Barn Swallows were perched on
the side of the dam.
